Before applying, ensure you have the following documents ready. All submissions are made digitally through our secure student portal.
All academic transcripts from secondary school and above. Documents must be certified copies issued directly by the institution, bearing an official seal or stamp.
A clear, high-resolution scan of the photo/bio-data page of your valid passport or government-issued national identity document. Expired documents will not be accepted.
Required for all non-native English speakers. Accepted tests: IELTS (min. 6.5 overall), TOEFL iBT (min. 85), or Cambridge C1 Advanced / C2 Proficiency. Must be within 2 years.
Supporting materials that strengthen your application — academic awards, published works, creative portfolios, or letters of recommendation from teachers, employers, or mentors.
Proof of payment for the non-refundable application processing fee. Fee waivers are available for students applying under financial hardship — contact our admissions office.

Register on the Nova Student Portal using a valid email address. You'll receive a confirmation link to activate your account and access the application dashboard.
Go to PortalFill out the online application form and upload all required documents. Ensure all files meet our format and size specifications. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
Our academic committee evaluates your application against program-specific criteria. You'll receive an email acknowledging receipt within 3 business days of submission.
Select programs require a personal interview with faculty members. Shortlisted candidates are notified by email and given a scheduling link for a time that suits them.
Successful applicants receive a formal offer letter via email and through the portal. You'll have 21 days to accept your offer and pay the enrollment deposit to secure your place.
Complete your enrollment formalities, receive your student ID, select your modules, and attend Nova's Welcome Week — your launchpad into campus life.

There is no upper age limit. Undergraduate applicants must typically be 17 or older by the start of the academic year. Mature students are actively encouraged to apply.
All non-English documents must be accompanied by a certified translation. We accept translations from recognized translation agencies or government-certified translators.
Deferrals are granted on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your offer. A deferral fee of $150 applies. Scholarships may not carry over.
Yes. Nova offers semester-based and monthly payment plans with no interest. Students may also apply for institutional loans through the Financial Aid office after enrollment.
